FAQs

What is the difference between a mobile home, manufactured home, and a modular home?

A "mobile home" refers to a factory built home that was built prior to 1976.

Manufactured homes or"HUD" homes are homes built after the 1976 federal standard was created. These homes are also referred to as single wide and double wide homes.

A modular home is a factory built home that is built to the same stringent code as conventional stick-built homes.

Do you offer any type of financing?

Absolutely! We have many finance options available including FHA, conventional land home, first time home buyers and more. 30 year fixed rate, 15 year fixed rate, and adjustable rates are available. We also work closely with local banks to offer the most flexibility for our customers.

About how long will it take to complete my home?

A manufactured home will take an average of 6-8 weeks from the time of ordering to the time that it will be ready to be occupied.

A modular home will take an average of 10-12 weeks from the time of ordering to the time that it will be ready to be occupied.

Keep in mind that the weather and time of year plays a big part in the amount of time it takes to complete a home.

What else do you offer?

We can take care of every aspect of your new home including site work, foundations, septics, wells, utilities, garages, decks, and porches. We customize each home package to meet your personal needs.
